How is JW LIMO LUXURY different from rideshare apps (Uber / Lyft)?
Unlike rideshare apps with random drivers and surge pricing, JW LIMO LUXURY is a dedicated private chauffeur service: a luxury black SUV, a professional driver in executive attire, flight tracking with complimentary wait time, and transparent per-mile rates with no surge pricing.
Where do you operate?
We pick you up in the city of Charlotte, NC, including Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), and take you to any destination in the United States: airport transfers, city-to-city trips, corporate travel, weddings and city tours.
How do airport pickups and flight tracking work?
We monitor your flight status in real time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your chauffeur adjusts the pickup time. Airport transfers include complimentary wait time, and we meet you at the terminal pickup area.
What are your operating hours?
Available 24 hours, every day. The booking form only shows times the driver can take. For a ride outside these hours, contact us and we will do our best to help.
How is pricing calculated? Is there surge pricing?
Our rates are per mile, with no surge pricing or hidden fees. The booking form shows an estimate before you send your request, and the driver confirms the final price with you. For round trips, the return and the waiting time are arranged directly with the driver.
What vehicle will pick me up?
A late-model black luxury Ford Expedition Max with premium leather seating, tri-zone climate control, privacy glass, Wi-Fi and complimentary refreshments.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule with advance notice. Please contact us as early as possible, by replying to your e-mail or through the contact page.
Can I request special accommodations (child seats, extra luggage)?
Yes. Add any special request (child seats, extra luggage, flight number or route preferences) in the "Special requests" field when you book.
